Having generated over $100+ million in revenue myself, I work with businesses to help them identify and articulate their unique market position so they are paid based on value not on price by their customers. **Coaching**
Designed for employees or business owners wanting a tailored program designed to achieve specific goals. Whether it’s leadership training to develop management skills, accountability coaching to help with time management, or general skills needed to progress in your career, private coaching is an excellent option with proven results.
**Consulting**
For businesses needing ongoing support with business development and sales, I offer consulting services (based on-site or remotely) up to 8 hours per week. Unlike coaching, this allows me to help action strategies and be more hands on in the execution of the business plan we create, tailoring the strategy based on learnings and results.
**Training Workshops**
Whether you need a 2-hour workshop or a longer program for your team, my workshops are informative, interactive, tailored and guaranteed to generate results for your team. Participants leave with clear actionable skills which they can immediately implement in their roles. Workshops are delivered in person or online, nationally, workshops are offered for 5+ people.
**Keynote presentations and media spokesperson**
I have over 30+ years’ experience in public speaking and presenting, together with 4+ years experience managing a PR agency, so I am very comfortable sharing my messages with live audiences. I’m available to speak at conferences, events, staff meetings and interviews on content from either of my programs, nationally, either in person or online.
