Program 1: Inspiring our Future Female Leaders

In the July 2023 ‘’The Voice of Women at Work’’ report, it showed that:

  • 74% of women say they would leave their organisation if their career development was not invested in by their current employer 

  • 53% of women are challenged by a lack of confidence or moments of self-doubt, with 61% saying the biggest factor undermining their confidence is their own inner critic  

Currently only 19.4% of CEOs in Australia are women, men are 1.5 times more likely to hold managerial positions, and only 1 in 4 organisations have a gender-balanced leadership team. 

But data shows that sales per employee grew x3 in organisations that increased the share of female top-tier managers against organisations with no change – 18.2% compared to 5.1%*.

Female employees in lower-mid tiers are frequently overlooked for training and development, but it is crucial for women to develop their skills and knowledge early in their careers, so that they can build their confidence and expertise to become leaders of the future. 

My program focuses on:

Program 2 - Value based sales to maximise revenue and profit.

The act of selling has been around for centuries, but the way we sell has changed greatly. The key to selling successfully is problem solving.  

This program unearths the lost art of asking questions to identify your customers real challenges and pain points, value vs price based sales and how to create a unique proposition based on your value, how to craft an unbeatable offer which maximises profit (ie. using tactics such as bonuses over discounting), how to read body language to inform your approach, and lastly, some techniques for a killer close with a hesitant customer.

Program 3: The Art of Intuitive Negotiation

Negotiation - love it, or hate it, it’s an essential part of business and life. It is a learned skill, and not something that comes easily to most people. There are undeniably methods and skills that, once mastered, will ensure success in any negotiation. 

The secret to a successful negotiation is not ‘’beating’’ the other person or party, but creating a win-win scenario. This takes unique skills and strategy, and the benefit is not only a great result for you and your business, but the added advantage of a stronger relationship and ongoing business with the other person - as you’ve negotiated with value and respect. 

The key elements mastered in this session include: Developing the mindset to succeed, 3 key skills to master, elements essential for your strategy, secret powers of interpreting body language to guide the negotiation, and tactics for the meeting itself.
